The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me (Christian Ruetz). I therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of my website. However, I would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is unfortunately not possible. 

You can visit my website without providing any information about yourself.  Every time a website is accessed, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which e.g. B. the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the retrieval. This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offer. This serves to protect our overriding legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

If you contact me using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. I will not pass on this data without your consent. 

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection regarding your data stored by me. I would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, I as the webshop operator only save the following data: first and last name, billing and/or delivery address, e-mail address and/or telephone number. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. I cannot conclude a purchase contract with you without this data. There is no data transfer to third parties - with the exception of the transfer of payment data to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price and name and postal address, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by me to deliver the goods and to my Tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.

After abortion/cancellation or withdrawal of a purchase process, any data stored by me for this purpose will be deleted within a reasonable period of time (usually after 6 months).
If a contract is concluded, all data (first and last name, residential and/or delivery address, e-mail and/or telephone number) from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
 

You have the option of subscribing to my newsletter via my website. This newsletter contains information about me and my services anyway on pipe-related topics. For this I need your name and your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following email address:  info@ruetzpipes.at. I will then immediately delete your data/e-mail addresses in connection with the newsletter dispatch from the mailing list, but reserve the right to store on my PC for three years, in order to be able to prove the subscription.

The storage of data takes place exclusively on the desktop PC that is only accessible to me and my wife and is protected against unauthorized access with a password, firewall and anti-virus programs and backups as best as possible.

In the case of competition law, domain law, copyright or similar problems, I ask you to contact me in advance to avoid unnecessary legal disputes and costs. I guarantee that rightly objected passages will be removed immediately - without you having to involve a lawyer. The cost note of a legal warning without prior contact with us will be rejected as unfounded in the sense of the obligation to mitigate damage, and if necessary a counterclaim will be filed for violation of the aforementioned provisions.
